Oh yes I remember now, we were just having a small gathering of select guys and gals for a 6 way 40th (40 !!!!!! OMG!!!) then moi decided to mention a ball and its spiralled nto something FANTASTIC !!!
Come on Staffsman get your finger out (no not that one, you can leave that there ) and get us a venue and we can get this party off the ground.

We do indeed have a date .....10/11th february 2007.

Meeting set up by the organisers for next week to sort this all out...then everyone will be told by way of message.....please note...there is enough notice here for even those of you who have more social engagements than the queen (chaotic are you reading this??). if it is - my comment from the other thread still stands -

I'm sorry, but if you can achieve all that, with accomodation all in, with food and champagne & details as stated in the other thread, for Â£30 per head Maximum, I will eat my hat.
i know how much my munch is costing me as the organiser - and its just a munch.
This, as you're talking about it, is going to be massive. Chances of keeping it a secret are nil. imo.
and yep, I know, I'm cynical.

I'm not sure who's organising what here dunno

- and that's not 'bellyaching' rolleyes

that's 'i'd like to come but cant put my name down til i know more info, because i cant commit to it without the details, cost, clarification on accomodation.....& now there may be transport too?
