Swinging heaven Visit to Romeo's Bristol 16th July 2011
Note the event in its orginal exclusive form is cancelled due to lack of numbers. See below for revised plan
This is now cancelled in its current for due to lack of numbers sad Shame as its a great club and an oppertunity for a good night has been missed.
Still I shall contact everyone on the list by PM and see who wants to attend on this night and see if we cant get an SH posse present and I may choose also to invite non site members.
Due to this now not being the originally advertised party normal door rates will apply, per person of recent weeks and the night could possibly have a theme should the owners choose.
Expect a PM after this weekend.

Thought it worth mentioning the club are doing their own promotional night this weekend thats the 16th of April. Perhaps another chance for people to take a look prior to the SH event. Cant make it ourselves sadly sad Busy innocent

We did actually get to go to Romeos in the end last night biggrin It was busy with quite a lot of action going on :shock: Our first time in a club whilst its open and people have their clothes off lol Was a good evening smile

It is a good point. I can say that I have tried my best to promote the event. You can see my signature lol I have posted in group forums and I have contacted members who advertise looking for parties. Sadly it seems as normal promoting events in Bristol other than Munchs is hard work. This is still a fairly new club and they are trying hard to establish a reputation as a decent venue some of which is now beginning to pay off. As I have posted on the opening post last weekend they had 70+ people through the door. I would not at this present moment in time want to loose the club money by holding an under attended event. Lets not forget the guest list never fully turns up either. There are a few options
1: Wait and see if the number pick up through June
2: Open this up on other websites so its no longer SH exclusive.
I would be looking at around 40 people on the list minimum or I would call this off and let the club hold a normal night. Bit busy doing other stuff right now so will mull this over in the back of my head for the next few days then decide to invite others from elsewhere or not.
Lets hope we can get numbers up and make this a great night. Will do what I can to aid that but other than the above not sure there is much else I can do.

Following on from my last post on this thread we have been to Romeos again last night. Once again its quite busy in there and a credit to the hard work they are putting in getting people through the door. We need more names on the list then will start doing confirmations around mid June. Simply if we dont have enough people on the list I will call the event off in this form and just have it as a visit to Romeos for anyone that wants to come.
