Yes there is music, though rather than a full on nightclub approach it will be a little more subdued (not too much though), so people can talk at one end of the room, hear themselves ordering at the bar lol

Also Mr Devon4u and Sexyme09 will spend part of Saturday making up play lists based on popular dancefloor fillers (circa 60hrs+ to choose from so far), plus the occasional rock track (yes 2 Linkin Park ones on the play lists for you) and those hits some peeps have asked for already.

the bloody world is against me this week fgs first the backlight goes on the lappy, luckily i have a spare monitor upstairs, today my debit card has been blocked because of fraud on it, i dont have credit cards and no other way of paying for things

OMG It's today.
Have just finished noting down what train I am catching and all the stops to see how late/early it is en route, have shaved, written a packing list - about to charge up batteries for mp3 player and off I go to bed - wake up phone calls in 7 hours.
Have a cracking new T-shirt to wear in the afternoon.

Having reached a half awaken state after all FIVE alarms had gone off but clearly about to drop off again for at least five hours I was awoken by my two faithful early morning wake up telephone calls, took the first one still in bed but managed to get to the hallway by the second call.
So a very big thanks to Cuddly2some and Earthy for making sure I arrive today biggrin

Firstly, may I apologise for our (my plus 1 and myself) early departure last night - we had a talk and felt it best seeing as some silly nonentity of a girl was out to slander me, take it on herself to "intervene" as apparently I'm such a dangerous person (and I don't mean randy tart kind of way) whilst at the same time trying to proposition my date.
Some people need to get their facts straight before shooting ther mouth's off (anyone that's known me longer than the 20 seconds you gave me would gladly tell you you're SOOO WRONG about me - but my date told her straight and sends a response: "Not in a million years hun - and I now him better than you do".
With that out of the way, what a joy it always is being amongst the BBW crowd, sometimes all I can do is sit in the corner and perve otherwise the sexual allure gets too much for one man to bear smile

Everyone was looking hot and sexy, some faces I have not seen in such a long time (you know who you are, and the answer is Yes, Yes, Yes!!!)
To the birthday girls: You both were looking stunning! My only complaints: Macika, apoloies our dance was brief an interrupted, more next time xxx SexyMe - sorry I didn't got to say good night (I hope you hadn't gone off to tidy up after people again??) xxxx

Well its the day after and apologies for leaving early. I had a great time even tho it was rather short lived and being my first social, I found it rather nerve wracking. I must spend more time in the room adn chat to a few more people, then perhaps the next social wont seem quite so daunting.

I am pleased to report that I didn't fall asleep on the train to paignton (which I caught with less than a minute to spare!!!) and am now safely home.
Shattered, having a cuppa, couple of toasted rolls and perhaps an early night!
Great to chat to soo many coming out for their first social - to see some folk I not seen for literally years and to catch up with all the usual suspects.
Very impressed to be at a venue with good real ale :cheers:
Apologies if any news reports follow about some nutter walking around town late at night with slippers on clutching a cup of tea lol
