Confirmations now needed by 26th Januaryso as to secure your place, otherwise names will be removed from the final list so that reserves can be 'promoted' in your place.
As per posting on 5th January
Confirmations needed by January 26th please, this will then allow those who cannot attend for whatever reason to be replaced by people on the Reserve list and allow them to make any necessary arrangements regarding travel, accomodation, etc..
1) For those with Shrep who have already 'confirmed' the Meeting invite, this is noted and you are treated as confirmed
2) For those with Shrep who have yet to accept or decline your Meeting Invite, please do so now
3) For those who are not Shrep enabled, there will be a message in your Inbox shortly asking that you confirm
If you are struggling with Shrep or don't use Shrep, just add to thread or PM us direct please

As per 16th Jan 2011 - 11:31pm response, Added to the reserves list, though given the already high number of confirmations and existing reserve list length can't hold out any promises
We are currently awaiting those who've until 26th Januaryto confirm before we can start promoting people from the 'reserve' list to the main list.
This will be done on the basis previously stated, i.e. in order, however as you'll have seen so far as and when people have had to withdraw for whatever reason, their place is being offered to people on the 'reserves' list.
We'd love to not to have to run a 'reserves' option, however the venue being used has a physical restriction/limit on the numbers the room can accomodate.
