There will be room for 130 invited BBW Room regulars and friends in a central Macclesfield (Cheshire) location (was limited to 110, however venue agreed an increase)
Please note that we have exclusive use of this venue.
There will be a door charge of £2 per person to cover the venue cost, music equipment hire etc. with music being kindly provided by ‘DJ Russ’ aka Mr Devon4u.
If you wish to be considered for an invite, then please pop your name down.
A list of local hotels is available will be included with your invite confirmation so people can book early, plus there is adequate local parking, taxis and food outlets.
The exact details of the venue will not be sent out to anyone until the week before the Social in order to protect everyone who is attending and to make sure we do not have any uninvited guests, so invitees are kindly asked not to discuss the venue details with those not on the published invite list.
This is a Social event and so there may be people attending who are not members of SH - if you are bringing someone who is not a member or a banned former member, just let us know so we can keep a separate list (available to see on request)

It's Double Diamond, brewed between 1876 to 2003, though more famously during the 1970s it was advertised heavily by Ind Coope, especially on TV, with the jingle: "A Double Diamond works wonders, works wonders, works wonders. A Double Diamond works wonders, so drink some today" Carlsberg UK discontinued general sales of the brand in April 2003.
However before that campaign, the slogan “I’m only here for the beer”, used to sell Double Diamond in the early 1970s.
Granted, it was a widely used slogan and many adverts were spun off it, including this one, which we think you'll like,
