Right folks.
Where can I start??
First of all I'll apologise for not posting earlier than this. I should really have sat down yesterday and posted a message of thanks as soon as I got home yesterday.
Thank you all for making it a fantastic night. I was a little worried that things wouldn't go as well as they did, as this was my first party anywhere except for my home ones. Guess I shouldn't have worried after seeing how those went though.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the raffle and the auction. The raffle has raised almost £70, and the auction will have raised £165 by the time the photo shoots are done. There's also £15 been donated by people who couldn't make it, so altogether there will have been £250 raised. Thank you to everyone that helped.
I've now worked it out how many attended the party and it works out at 84 people. So a pretty good showing.
A big thank you to Lee for doing the disco, and an extra special thank you for Star and Vicky for doing the raffle and the book etc. I owe you a drink girls......xxxxxxx
Star, really sorry about the ankle sweetheart. Want me to come and kiss it better for you??
I'm already looking at arranging another one, and will be going down to see Rob one day this week. Has anyone got any ideas as to what dates would be best? There are quite a few in August and September, so I am looking around October time. Will people get back to me and let me know what weekends are best for them and I'll try and arrange it to accomodate what everyone wants.
Once again. Thank you for making it a fantastic night and I'll look forward to seeing you all at the next one.
Take care all

Stormingly good 'do', Marcuso.
As for dates: well, you mentioned October.....late in the month though it may be, how about the closest available day to Hallow'een - and you have a built-in theme that way.
Personally, hallow'een is always a jolly-ish day for yours truly - wedding anniversary of the first-time-round... she said I'd never foget the date - too damn right.
Greetings to all encountered last Saturday

dont think i am physically able to retype my whole thankyou post..... so just see my one in the cafe! lol
Hi all..................really sorry for not being on a lot since the party!!!!
Thank you all so much for your gratitude. It really makes it worthwhile to hear so many thank you's.
I'm gonna be off the scene for a while, until I get some stuff sorted out in my personal life.
I will still be going down to see funin to deliver the book and e-mails and the cash raised from the raffle and auction and will still be nipping on to say hi to people every now and then, but at the moment I will not have the time or the inclination to organise another party. This really saddens me as the time and effort put into running a party is totally rewarded by the happiness of everyone at the parties having a good time, but as you all know, personal stuff must come first. I am hoping to be back sometime soon and will let you all know if I decide to host any more parties.
Take care all
