Nottingham Munch 8th April 2006
If you are attending this as your first munch and would like to be met before / at the door by a hand holder who will look after you for the first hour or so, please pm me.
THE LIST IS FULL AND CLOSED

Get out those brightly coloured shirts / skirts / shorts.........
As usual, the munch will be restricted to regular forum/chatroom users. For those of you who are not familiar with munches please see the attached link - munch
If you want hotel details please PM me, putting the word hotels in the subject box please.
Note:- Book your hotels NOW 7000 ice hockey fans in the city this weekend, so book NOW because the hotels are going to book up fast
The venue will hold around 150 people, so if you want to attend this munch please add your name to this thread or send me a PM. The list is full and closed. There will be a Disco/Karaoke. There WILL NOT be any food, so please eat before you arrive or afterwards.
The venue will be sent out to you via a PM, if you are not on the list then you will not gain entry to the venue. Final pm's have been sent out, if you think you should have one, but dont have one, please pm me.
You must have joined SH forum / chatroom before the cut off date for Feb 8th 2006.
If you can help out with door security, please let me know.

The weekend of the 8th and 9th April is the UK's major ice hockey finals weekend at the arena in Nottingham. There will be somewhere in the region on 7000 ice hockey fans and players decending on the city and many have started to book hotel rooms already. I would suggest any of you hoping to attend this munch book somewhere quick before you can't get accommodation.
