WAKEY MUNCH 6TH SEPT CONFIRMATIONS NEEDED ASAP

[]After the success of the last two wakefield Munches I have been requested to do another. It will be the 6th september 2008 7-30 till late and will be in a private function room, in Wakefield ( a couple of miles outside town centre).There will be a charge of £2-00 per person to cover buffet and badge cost,
The venue will hold about 150 people, and if the list reaches that limit I will start a reserve list.
The Munch is open to all REGULAR members of the site who are regulars in either the forums or the chat room and joined before 31st july 2008. However, should places still be available nearer to the time, I will open this up to others who joined the site after this date so long as another regular on here will be able to vouch for them as being genuine or they have become regular posters/chatters in their own right.
This will follow normal munch anyone who has not attended a munch before, and for some of the regulars who may have forgot the definition of a munch, the following link will be of help - http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/terminology/munch.html
A list of local hotels will be available so people can book early. Details of the venue will not be sent out to anyone until a few days before the Munch in order to protect everyone who is attending and to make sure we do not have any uninvited guests IF ANYONE NEEDS A LIST OF LOCAL HOTELS CAN U PLEASE MAIL ME XXXX THANKS
