Well here (forums) is a good start, as are the chatrooms, methinks you'd need to spruce your profile up a little, add some pics (draped and normal, they dont have to be cockshots), bit more about you in the About Me, maybe put up an ad or three, respond to a few other ads and get yabbering in the chatrooms and methinks you'll soon find yourself a wankbuddy.

What Toots said but also: you obviously know how to run a search. Concentrate on the guys that fit your criteria (local, bi-friendly, can accommodate etc) and message them directly. If you can't afford to give too much info about yourself on the profile, do so in that message - attach your pictures, talk about your likes, maybe give some detail about your disability, generally add whatever you feel is relevant. Leaving comments on profiles is not a good method of contacting - most users don't know to check these and don't see them until months later. Also, don't waste your time on any profiles that say "Last seen: Over 90 Days Ago" - these users are inactive, you will not be hearing from them any time soon!
