wedding reception.

28th july 2007!
as a lot of you know, we are getting married in july. redface

we are getting married abroad so can not invite people to the actual wedding, but wanted to have some of you to celebrate it with us afterwards.
the people from this comunity have had a massive part in our lives and relationship and we really wanted you to be part of our wedding.
because there was no way we could narrow it down to a few people to invite and not the others, we have decided to invite all our friends from here and have a social/weddig reception specially for you all.
we really would love to see you there.
it is going to be on sat july the 28th in the midlands.
we are going to pay for the room and provide a small buffet, but if people wanted to bring anything along to add to it, we would be really greatful.
please either pm voddy( who is helping me arrange it) or add you names to the list if you fancy it.
as this is not a munch and is my party, there will be people from other sites allowed to come.

Even though I can't come to your arranged party I think what you are doing is a fantastic gesture. SH has played a big part in my life and it's really nice to see people putting themselves out to say thanks

i will be confirming venue at weekeed and will know the exact numbers allowed then, 50odd ish on the list upto now, so should be more than big enough and not too packed.
will be able to work out best hotels for you all as soon as i have dont that. xxx

hi ,
just to let everyone know, will be 100 percent sure of which venue at the weekend, so will be able to advise of the best hotels on monday, just a bit wary of giving out hotel details right now as you may end up miles away from the venue, depending on which on it is.
