tschh tschh, grammar dears. Clearly we need to set a few things straight:
The declension of the verb 'wank' would be 'I wank, you wank, he/she/it wanks etc.'. However, the noun (person, place or thing) that relates to the subject would be 'wanker'.
The present participle of the verb 'to wank' would be wanking. One assumes that a 'wank' club is therefore a collective activity where 'they wank'. This being the case they are collectively wanking. The club should be called a wanking club if it refers to the activity, or a wankers club if it refers to the noun.
So, in answer to your question what is a wank club - it is in fact an incorrect use of the verb 'to wank', or an improper use of the noun.
Still means that certain football clubs are wank.
I love the English language - the only one where you can correctly (grammatically) say: 'Oh fuck, this fucking thing is fucking fucked.'

It also occurs to me that wank club could be a club in Bavaria, in the Bavarian Alps near the Austro/German border by Garmisch-Partenkirchen. After all, that is where Wank Mountain is. I kid ye not.
