you b*****d!!!!!!
i spent months planning the very same outfit, you better change yours, or im going to have a hissy fit!
rotflmao :rotflmao: wide-boy
Sheddy I'm not sure how serious you are about the expense thing, but i dont want anyone going out and spending a fortune on a Tux and things like that :jagsatwork: its just a theme, not a dress code!
The theme was intended more for the ladies - simply a night to get ya glad rags on and be a bit indulgent with something different....something you wouldnt get chance to wear 'out' unless its a really special occasion type thing - like me, wearing a dress ffs! redface
Charity shops, car boots and Ebay type places are your friend for this one, or that little number that's gathering dust at the back of the wardrobe. You dont even need to do a full 'outfit' - just one item (like PK's Jimmy Choos :inlove) or a feather boa, or a silk scarf/ tie etc will fit the theme wink
Blueyes, what you were wearing when I saw you last will be more than fine!
There are several people doing the whole outfit thing - but please, dont be going out spending a fortune - half the fun of munch theme outfits comes from making em yourself, adding bits or sourcing them cheap lol ( i notice there's a bidding frenzy going on on ebay at the mo, nowt to do with you lot is it? :lolsmile
seriously, stop stressing! the idea was to be indulgent, but you can always do that at the bar!
I'm trying to decide if I have the bottle to wear a long to the floor tafater purple skirt that I have from a past life :eeek:
No idea what I would wear it with dunno
I can't find the shoes I have been looking for half the morning so the bedroom is now in a pigsty. Beginning to get a little worried now :scared:
Corset Dawnie Corset
pretty silky top? something beaded? velvet riding jacket? 4 metres of crushed velvet fabric fashioned into a cloak with the help of some hemming tape and a sewing machine? dunno
says she, who does not yet have an outfit redface

For those who may be stuck for ideas I've decided to give you:
HLB's handy hints for decadence on the cheap.
Accessorise - it doesn't have to be expensive
Velvet ribbon chokers
Costume Jewelry
Gloves
Feather Boa
DIY
It's amazing what you can do with a bit of glue, some glitter/beads.
Glue them onto an old pair of shoes or a piece of ribbon to be worn round the wrist or neck
Buy a couple of metres of luscious fabric, fold in half and secure with wonderweb to make a wrap.
Well know on line auction sites innocent
Great for picking up a new dress/shoes/handbag/jewelry
Alternatively if you do wish to buy something expensive, I've found it's preferable to use your partner's credit card. bolt
Darkfire - Will you recommend me for that Blue Peter job now? :giggle:

Left foot forward, breath in, bit on gum.
Right foot forward, breath out, release grip on gum.
Repeat until mastered.
