hi we would like to thank everyone who turned up last night
it was good to put names to faces
thanks to naughty wigan couple for there hard work in making it a good night
to all those that know or met stretch (formerly known as humphrey ) he is settling into his new home

Thanks Dave and Mandy, but it was a joint effort and I think you should also congratulate yourselves for all your hard work (or should I say Mandy's hard work lol

I also want to say a big thank you to everyone who came, it was a great night but no matter what Dave and Mandy and ourselves did to organise it, it was all down to the fantastic people who turned up. It was you lot who made it such a good night!
As for 'Stretch' I am sure Mandy bribed that Barman to pick her name!!!!!
Again, thanks to you all, and really hope to meet you all again!
PS If anyone wants any food for their lunches this week, we got loads of bloody pies and cake left over :lol: :lol: :lol:

Thanks, we enjoyed a good night too and the food was absolutely fantastic :thumbup:
One thing though, whoever organises a munch should not have to dip into there own pocket to put on a great spread like that, we all stick together in SH, we are sure that no one would like you to be out of pocket, well done to Frogster for getting a glass from the back of the bar and get everyone to chip in 110%
Dave and Mandy and Naughty Wigan couple - Dave didnt have any of the buffet and hes asking to come to yours for a sandwich and things lol

DJ Couple, I am in the process of packing your lunches for the coming week. You are on cake, pies, cake and even more pies, with the odd sausage roll thrown in for good measure.
I also want to thank Frogster for organising the whipround. We did not expect it and it was such a lovely supprise. We did the food cause we wanted to do it and did not expect anyone to contribute in any way. If we had paid to go out to a club, or go out for a meal, it would have cost us more than we spent on the buffet, but we were just completely overwhelmed by your generosity. Thank you Frogster for organsing it and thank you to everyone who contributed (just wish you has eaten more!!)
We are going to post a couple of pictures (with all faces and 'identifying' features blanked out) so at least all the others can see what they missed. Just a shame we didn't tape the 'Artists' who used the karaoke last night!
Special thanks also go to WiganJan and Al who veryk indly arranged for all the Disco/Karaoke equipment, to Jo and Lee for getting me (Di) home safely, Linda and Wade for keeping taking 'The Driver' happy for a while, and to Mr Naughty for doing his bit as a taxi driver!
Just cant help wondering what those two guys behind the bar were thinking! Certainly wasn't a 60th Birthday Party like the Landlord told them! Good job they were 'men of the world, and I hope Eric (The DJ) has finally realised it wasn't a christmas party :twisted:

Just wanted to say thanks to all those who organised the wigan munch last night...it was lots of fun...and the buffet was fantastic!
It was great to meet some very sexy people from off the site...and I had a great time. Thanks to all I chatted to, got drunk with and to those who gave me a lift home!
Obviously a lot of hard work went in to making it a memorable evening, and thanks again to all of you who put in the effort.

Thanks to Naughty Wigan Couple and Dave and Mandy for putting on such a great do.
We thought it was a fantastic night. Enjoyed meeting loads of new people.
Very disappionted though in not winning Humphrey though lol he would have made Bunnys eyes water today.
Will never be able to listen to Abbas Waterloo again without thinking of singing it with Candyfloss.

Thanks for a great nite. We had a brill time and thank god me & lusty didnt empty the room with our singing even though we lost it in middle of the song and couldnt stop laughing but then again we lost it a long time ago pmsl. Cant wait for the next one. Thanks again guy's.

We've finally gone and done it....lost our forum virginity and made our first posting.
The munch was our first one and we had a great time, we'll definitely be back for more. Was good to meet new people and to put faces to names.

Thanks to everyone for their kind words about the Munch, All we have to do now, is persaude Dave and Mandy that it should be an annual event and then we can start work on the next one!!!! lol

Just like to reiterarte what everbody else is saying. A big thank you to Diane, Brian, Mandy and Dave it was a great night. Just a pity I had to go a bit early due to work comitments but count ashored at the next one I will definitely not be on call.
