We are planning to do our first visit to a club.
We have never had swingin experience only been to nudist beaches but now want to visit one just because we are curious.
We are thinking either going to Xtasia or Chams. which one do you think is the best for us to visit and what should we expect on our first visit...

We would say go to Xstasia, we hate the place and would never step foot in it again but many love it and it is good for newbies because you can stay dressed all night and most of the people going dont swing anyway so you wont feel out of place.
Chameleons dress code does put some off but that is only because they dont know what the dress code is:
For women it is a choice of
Towel (supplied)
Dressing gowns
Lingerie
Sexy theme outfits (naughty nurse etc)
Sexy clothes (mini skirt and skimpy top or nightclub dress just like Xstasia
For Men it is a choice of
Towel (supplied)
Dressing gowns
Boxers
Sexy theme outfits (naughty fireman etc)
Sexy t shirts/tops (not an average daytime t shirt but c thru/zipped/net shirts are all acceptable)

I've never been to Chameleons so can't comment, but i have been to Xtasia and would suggest you went there for the reasons stated in the other replies.
If your not tied to dates, i'd pick Fri 17th Sept as there is a big Swinging Heaven party taking place at Xtasia that nght, (See thread in this forum and i think it's just £5 for couples if you are on the list, so cheap to try out too) so you'll find a lot of people there, you'll be able to chat, dance and see what happens and obviuosly take part if you wish.
If you need to stay over the Travel Inn, 25 yards walk from the club is a good place to stay.
