I was a newbie yesterday & everyone said 'Hi' to me so do we now all say 'Congratulations' to those getting their first meeting under their belt?
Ooops! Too late! I've already said it so if it isn't the done thing then it should be.
We should make it a veritable Mexican wave of support that people are getting it together successfully.
