I have had a few now... and I am surprised at the variety... I wouldn't say that one is better or worse than the rest, but the amount to which one can be different to the next is astonishing.

As the 3rd in the 3some, I find it quite unnerving on the initial meet. Yes Ive seen the pics Ive talked to them, but to go into someone elses house that you dont know and the releif when you find that they are the same as you.

As a single fem I have to say the first meeting usually scares me half to death
lol, hence I only ever meet now if its socially first, then a second meeting if everyone wants to take things further, with good communication in the middle! I'm definately capable of handling myself - its not the 'safety' thing that worries me, its the 'there's two of them and only one of me' or 'they have each other and I'm on my own' scenario - obviously the couple have discussed their fears and expectations together, and they'll also talk about me when I'm gone! I'm always very aware that both people in the couple have to feel comfortable with me - and although I havent come across it yet, I think I'd be pretty mortified if I turned up for a meet and one of the couple took an instant disliking to me!
ops: Similarly, if, twenty minutes into a meet and any of us didnt feel 'right', its me who has to get up and leave, which is a difficult thing to do! There are definate disadvantages to being the single in a 3sum!
