1) Lee Harvey Oswald .....just to find out if the Americans have been living a lie all these years.

3)David Niven ...raconteur extraodinaire.
4)John Lennon...for his ability to make politics seems superfluous .

Just thought wouldnt it be great to get those lot together at a diner party?
Very interesting topic with some fascinating guests.
Anyway, here's my guests.
Stan Laurel, quite simply a comedy genius and my number 1 hero.
Isambard Kingdom Brunel, talk about solve any problem. He could sort anything out as long as it was steam powered and weighed about a thousand tons lol.
Norman Wisdom. I would invite him not for his comedic talents but I once saw him interviewed by Parkinson and his life was incredibly interesting.
One of the building crew who built Stonehenge. I just have to know how they did it!
Albert Einstein. Just so many questions to ask.
There are so many others I would love to talk to but these will do for a start.
Mr CCR
This is a really difficult one, there's so many people to choose from, but here goes:
Bill Hicks (not original but the first person I thought of - he was a genius)
Henry Rollins
Che Guevara
Howard Marks
Kevin Smith (the film director/comic book store owner, not the gimpy twat I knew in my first year at university).
I did my own thread on this a while back but not for people from history. After due consideration, McC's next dinner party would include:
Lord Nelson - his views on leadership would surprise today's HR specialists.
Winston Churchill - a popular choice and I hope he would be free to attend.
Madame de Pompadour - Jeanne-Antoinette de Poisson; even though she was Miss Fish, she did it for Louis XV of France so she must have something going for her!
Marlene Dietrich - what a voice, speaking or singing!
Lauren Bacall (Betty Joan Perske) - those B/W photos with the blonde hair etc.
That is my five - but anyone else interesting is till wellcome!
McC
Joe Strummer
John Peel
John Smith
Howard Marks
Dickie Bird
Bobby Moore
Stanley Matthews
George Best
Pele
Lulu
