I have explained the reasons on a couple of occasions Brucie.
See what your searching skills are like, or maybe someone will enlighten you. lol
Then again you will have to ask Max his reasons or....maybe we are the same person? wink
I have no idea as to why I chose 777, there was no significance to it. Someone has gone one better though as there is a Max7777 on this site too.
How can you used to be gay? Hmmmmm.
No not an airline pilot, they would not pay me enough money for that one.
As for a Ducati pleeeeeeeazeeee!
I would rather chop me nuts off and feed them to me cats. wink
Reminded me of "77 Sunset Strip" - bet I'm the only one here old enough to remember that.
Plim wink

Nope, unfortunately I'm old enough to remember it too  ....maybe my choice of 777 was subliminal?

If i rode a bike now i'd probbaly kill myself on it!!! Borrowed my mate Kwaka Z900 back in the mid 80's and that was some bike in its day  Fast and handled like a dream.
Last bike i had a go on ,about 10 years ago, was my brother in laws yamaha 650. Frightened the life out of me  The Z900 wouldn't have kept up with it!!
Been tempted over the last few years to give it another go but i value my life

And this accross the fields

Sad that this country didn't keep up with bike production
Apparently 666 isn't the number of the beast...it's the result of a bit of shoddy transcription/translation and it should be 616 (I may be wrong on that no...it was an old edition of QI)

Do you know, I can't even remember what bike I passed my test on?
Of course, there was the whole dalliance-with-my-instructor thing which got kinda messy muddying the waters at the time :whoops:
Like most lads in the 70's my first bike was a Yamaha fizzy 50, my one and only Suzuki was the old kettle GT750, but after a string of Japs move onto the love of the british bike, and an extensive tool box  now after acouple of years without a bike around this year Im looking at a new Harley VRSC lol

DangerMouse, you were continually rising in my estimations (especially after reading the other thread this morning) but that's just blown it.
