So what is your favourite Christmas Carol version?
There are dozens of versions out there, some hardly recognisable as coming from the pen of Mr Charles Dickens, the great master of early Victorian social drama.
Which do you like best?
My personal favourite is the Muppets CC, closely followed by the Patrick Stewart version - both incredibly close to the book. Although I'm sure the rat and the blue plushie were originally included by Mr Dickens and had to be cut out for fear of offending the more mature readers. :giggle:
I looove the muppets christmas carol, but for me there is only one true christmas carol and my favourite. The old black and white one with Alistar Simm, I remember watching it as a kid with my mum and dad and absolutely loved it. I was mesmerised by it and even now make the effort to watch it when its on. Oh happy memories. and a good old bah humbug :giggle:
Well im sorry i can't see a frog as Tiny Tim.
I've only seen the Muppet one .... says a lot about me I guess :giggle:
I saw Scrooged and loved that ;)
it was a bit of a turkey wasn't it?

It's got to be the Alistair Sim version without a doubt closely followed by Scrooged for a giggle :giggle:
