a couple of little problems

Is anyone else having problems seeing the last 20 people that have looked at your profile? It just says it is loading all the time. Also, when are they going to get the bit on a profile fixed that tells you if someone is online. I can be chatting with someone in the chatroom, look on their profile and it says they are offline.
I've paid for extras but not very impressed evil

Maybe you might like to submit a support ticket as well, found over there on the left <<<<<<<<<<<

Extras has been a waste of money for us so far- that's the only reason we got it, to see who has checked out our profile, yet the list doesn't refresh for days or weeks no matter what we do to the comp and settings, and for the past 3 days it has just said 'LOADING'- have put in support tickets, but it hasn't helped so far confused

Maybe the extras subscribers have now tailed off.... New pastures an all.. :lol: :lol: :lol: :D :D
I'm sure they are working on it as we speak.. must be a glitch in the system somewhere. All those support tickets must be slowing things down I bet!!

We are aware of a fault with the 'whos view your profile feature', some members reported since the introduction of V3 that their lists did not update and consequently had to log out and log back in to make it update - this did seem common with AOL browsers. A few weeks ago we modified the code to see whether this would ease the problem but since this time, it seems that cases have come to light that the 'Loading' notice is continually showing.
We have made some more changes today to figure out the problem - for those experiencing this problem, can you please delete your cache and reload the home page. If the loading notice is still continually shown, we have not located the problem. If it does load and an error message is shown referring you to the support centre, we have located the problem.
We would appreciate your assistance helping us locate the problem because so far we have been unable to replicate this in the office or with accounts experiencing the problem.

I did have the same problem last week, but it's all working fine now.
Hopefully that means it's fixed :thumbup:

Just to add, those users with this problem, please report the browser that you are using. If you are not to sure what this is, this information can be found through the Help > About menu options.

I'm using aol but the last time i deleted my cache i had to remember all the passwords for various sites i go to and had to ask for password and user name reminders from them all!
It does work occasionally, just not most of the time

I've often clicked my my name on the main page so that I can access my posts (it's sometimes easier to do this as I often forget which threads I've posted in and use "view posts by this user" lol

) and it usually says I'm OFFLINE! :shock:

ours isnt working either, glad I came accross this thread, like someone said all the support tickets must be slowing it down so instead of doing that why doesnt everyonw having problems with this just put it in this post ( plus it saves those who cant be arsed to send a support ticket off doing that)

It worked from my computer at work... but doesn't work AT ALL from home. Just says 'loading'.
IE version 6 and I'm logging on via AOL.

I forgot to say that on the bottom left of the IE window it states "Done - but with errors on page". rolleyes
