Hi,
First time using the forums so please be gentle smile
My wife and I have never done any "public" swinging, although we've had a bit of fun with friends over the years. We're actually going on holiday to Spain next week and we're thinking of trying a few days at cap d'agde on the way back. It looks like a nice (safe) place to try out a swingers club for the first time. We do have a few questions though which I can't find any answers on here. That's probably because they're either too dumb or funny for anybody to ask but I obviously have no shame so I'm just going to come straight out and ask....
1) First of all, is mid september too late to bother going to cap d'agde? I heard it pretty much shuts up shop in October?
2) If everybody is naked all the time then where do people keep their money, hotel keys etc? I don't mind being naked as I've enjoyed nudist beaches before but we've always taken a load of stuff with us in bags.
3) So, let's say we're in a club and things get... interesting. Where do people get condoms from and err... what do they do with them after they've been used?
4) Assuming people are clothed before the fun starts where does everybody put their clothes? Do clubs like le glamour have lockers?
5) We're mid 30s. Are we going to find everybody either much younger or older than us?
6) My wife looks great, buy I'm a bit overweight (fairly chubby, not massive though). I'm fine with people of every size and shape but will it make it harder (no pun intented) to find new friends to have fun with? (please be honest, I won't be offended).
I'm sure there will be more questions but let's try those first :)
Hi, and welcome to the forum.
Nothing dumb about asking questions, in fact it would be dumb not to ask. I'm not the one who can best answer you, but I know there are a number of members who go to Cap', and to similar places, and will be pleased to give you the answers you require.
Hiya and welcome to the forum - theres a link here to the club you were asking of Le Glamour Club Review
at the top theres a link to the clubs own website, i havent had a look but i would think some of your questions re: lockers etc will be answered there. Always take your own condoms, can never take your own health seriously enough ;)
I dont think size matters, if you fancy someone and all are willing then it shouldn't be an issue, and if it is would you really want to go there ?
Have fun and Happy Swinging :bounce:
Hi
We have never been to Cap but have visited a few clubs nearer us in mid France. Every club we have been to have had condoms in plentiful supply and bins in every private or open room, lockers to leave your clothes etc and towels to wrap in for when you leave them there, as for size and age etc, no worries there is always a wide spectrum of age and size, I ain't no beanpole myself but have seen a lot bigger and also a lot smaller and basically, no one gives a toss, just relax and enjoy.
Excellent. Thanks for the help.

Hi. Welcome to the world!
In answer to the questions -
1. September is not too late but depending on the weather, from mid-Sept, things do quieter down and start closing up. The first week or so is usually OK.
2. People carry bags, wear bumbags (pouches) for essentials like money and keys etc, or wear clothes to the beach and strip off there etc.. never a problem
3. Condoms are always available and when you are finished, put them in the bins which you will find in the room
4. The clubs at CdA don't have lockers - they are really nightclubs with play areas attached rather than standalone play clubs. People just strip off and leave their clothes on the bed etc and then dress when done. There are 2 saunas which do have lockers
5. There are shapes and sizes and ages there so don't worry about that.
6. Ditto
By the way, if you stay at Jardin d'Eden or Jardin de Babylon, you will be able to play by the pool etc and to watch and sometime join in with others, which will give you a feel for how much you enjoy being in a really sexual atmosphere
Thanks, we won't be getting there till about the 13th unfortunately so I hope it's not dead. I think I read that things like the foam parties had finished by then but can't find any more info.
I had also read a lot about Jardin du eden, but I couldn't find where to book it. None of the hotel sites seemed to allow bookings there and a Google search didn't show up a site for them. I assumed it might be closed or something. We had planned on staying at the oz inn but people seemed to think that was dead at the best of times...
Edit: Sorry ignore that. I must have got confused because I just found their site under.
