Are there any accents you find irresistable? Or is there a 'type' of voice which makes you go a bit weak at the knees?
In a previous job I had clients in the North East and I must admit to having had a hopeless crush on one of the managers - I used to love ringing him.
Now I know there are lots of different North East accents, but for me it was a combination of the accent and his tone of voice - always warm, friendly and a bit cheeky - ace!
I'm in a similar situation at the moment - I'm chatting to someone fairly regularly on the phone and there is something about his voice that makes me go all :inlove: On the contrary I once cancelled a possible meet when I heard the guy speak on the phone. Oh dear me no. It would never have happened.
What types of voices/accents do you like? Do you find voices a turn on or turn off?
Voices can be both a turn on and a turn off and can also be very misleading. It's easy to be attracted to a voice and then be disappointed when the person doesn't match up to the mental image you've conjoured up.
As for accents, I think most are nice in the mild form
but not when they are very strong. A lovely soft Irish brogue is very sexy.

I can relate to that - there's a lady at work who's Irish and I get wobbly legs every time she speaks redface
lol
I have to speak to my meet on phone before we meet but after I have seen a face pic as the voice never matches the face if I hear them before I see them (if that makes sense lol) .... A now friend of mine is on the radio and for years before I knew him I was convinced he looked a certain way and I was so wrong ... the voices in my head never match the way they look, or should look lol.
A conversation has put paid to a meet. It wasnt his accent but his tone - all the words were right but the tone wasnt so it didnt happen.
I love an Irish accent anywhere but real south.

Geordie women

geordie women
My sons german teacher was a geordie and at parents evening I simpy sat there grinning like a middle aged man with a hard on who simply wanted to fuck her brains out and nodding inanely.
I heard a Cheshire Accent recently....tis a fairly enticing accent.... innocent

I agree with that except with Brummie (my accent) I just can't stand it, black country and Manchester both as bad even in mild form.
I love the Scottih accent when its mild and coming from a woman, Irish is also nice.
A soft Sropshire or south west accent is lovel and makes me think of milk maids lol soft plump and willing smile
Geordie for me male or female

Geordie does it for me every time which is good as I have a Geordie fella. Cheryl Cole sounds sexy and dirty as f**k too.
Scottish - Glasgow over Edinburgh but both are great.
Southern Irish - I once shagged for an entire weekend in Dublin, mostly in the dark  but the voices were enough to keep me going lol
Australian is kinda horny too - as long as they don't have Speedos on at the time biggrin
i love the southern irish accent, but i also quite like the harshness of the northern irish accent too
endinburgh kinda posh scottish does it too
but i do like a well spoken articulate person, not overtly mega posh just very nicely spoken
i very nearly didnt meet my last fella due to the way he text, he sounded thick lol, but glad i met him as he wasnt, just sounded it a bit now n then
theres a guy at the bank in the london office i speak to a few times a month, and flirt with i love his voice, posh with a hint of south african
