the reason this forum is so addictive is that you post something then keep going back to it checking if people have posted replies. then you realise that you have checked 20 times that day, and in the mean time looked on every other thread going!
also....... addicted to:- to have given oneself up to a practise or habit, usually bad, and be or become unduly dependant upon it.
Dopamine and Serotonine are responsible for rewarding behaviour, reinforcing behaviour and balancing moods. So when you become addicted to something i.e. social interaction you are releasing moderate amounts of Dopamine and Serotonine from the brain.
