Recieving replies without a requested photo is a problem we all face on this site, and it's because the system of attaching a photo is overly complicated. Clearer instructions should be posted on the Pop Up Reply Form.
I've only just discovered it myself, but not only do you need to highlight the maximum of 3 photos but as you highlight each one you must click on it to get it sent to the other ppl.
Hope this answers some Qs as to why you don't get so many photos of potewntial swingers.
