We have always found jamie very friendly and polite,and the perfect gentlemen when Jane was getting a bit of abuse from some unknown guys.

Are you sure he's happy that you've told and all these people who had never heard of him that he's been banned for rule breaking?

That seems to be the problem - he does appear from the enquires made that he has broken any rules.
I'm sure who ever he is , he would be able to email admin and discuss the matter with them.

SWM, this really shouldnt be discussed here. Like you say, mate, I dont use the NW room, but you're bringing a NW room issue onto the forum, where it will be read by everyone and imo, do more harm than good. Take it up with admin in pm.

We got banned by mistake as a case of mistaken identity a few months ago, which was very upsetting for us, and our friends were all worried as to why and what we might have done, and since then we had a huge drop in the number of replies to adds, it would have made us smile when we got back on to see a post like this giving us a wee bit support when we weren't the ones in the wrong!

As a regular in the NW...can only say that Jamie is one of the most harmless people you can come across...never found him to be rude or obnoxius.....dont think he has the capacity to be such a person.
Think its a damn shame that he has been banned and can only hope that although unjust..the ban is temporary!!
Surely Jamie is big enough to take this up with Admin via PM by himself ?
For information purposes: Chat logs are kept for 90 days and any claims that rules have been broken need to be backed up with evidence, either taken from these logs or a member can be banned instantly by a Chat Op who has seen said rule-breaking.
I have no information why Jamie was banned as I have been away for the weekend, but it really is a matter that he needs to take up with Admin.

I am locking this post as it is totally inappropriate to post these sort of details regarding whether or not a person has been banned on the open forums. How would you feel if someone posted details about you?
If you have any complaints about this, please send them to Admin, but be aware, we would not discuss whether or not a person is banned with another member.
