Adverts received by the admin

i get this from the admin every week - " newest members you will be interested in ", and they send me ppl over 100+ miles form me, this week there a person 327 miles. Why send me this, am i really gonna travel that far for fuck or suck or whatever else happens? I more looking around 15 mile radius. How do i tell admin to stop sending me this stuff (it gets ridiculous)! mad

I think a bit of tweaking may be needed on that part of this site....we are only looking for bi people yet still get sent straight.
I also think it might be nice to specify an age range too as we get sent lots of people in their early 20s and, as Flidais has kids that age amongst other reasons, we have no interest in them at all.

Then click ACCOUNT SETTINGS

I got one in doesn't bother me,I'm sure its well intended but several of the names on it were couples looking for couples or couples/bi females so if as a single male I'd have been daft enough to have gone ahead and contacted them because I'd been sent their names by admin it would have just irritated them I'm sure,not the effect I personally want to have on people here!

As the mail is a site mail and not sent via email, it cannot be disabled by the the opt-out settings.
Its simply a message you recieve once a week, if you don't like it, delete it, its not too much of a hardship just to hit the delete is it?
Thanks for the feedback regarding the accuracy, we will look at improving it in a few weeks to make it more useful and accurate.
There will be a vast amount of people who haven't recieved one yet, this is because the server has a huge backlog to send out, again this should get cleared up in a few weeks.

If, like me, your have the "Receive email notification when you get new site e-mail?" set to "Forward the message to my email." then it IS sent by e-mail!
It's not a great hardship to delete, but it is annoying to be spammed once a week, and it would save SH's backlogged servers some bandwidth and sever load (as well as a small regular dose of bad feeling) if you let us turn it off!

But if you are receiving details of somebody else........ does that mean your details are being tarted around to hundreds / thousands of members all over the site?
Did the people whose details were being posted, opt into , or not opt out of, their addition to the circulars?

I dont get why thats a problem those hundreds/thousands of members could have seen your ad/profile at any time anyway. Anything you didnt want anyone to see shouldent be on your ad/profile anyway.

Have always received unwanted PM's even before the take over !
As soon as you place an advert ............ you are actually asking people to respond to you.
You can block responses from males/females/couples now ........... you couldnt do that before the 4 Tops arrived.
I really dont see why it is a problem ............ if you want to read it, read it and if you dont want to read it, delete it !
