advice needed

Have a swinging friend who's husband's fantasy involves one of her vanilla female friends. She doesn't really want to have sex with the woman(she's never felt like that about her but she says it wouldn't be the first time she went with someone she wasn't really attracted to) but he really wants it to happen. My friend is getting really uptight about it because she's not convinced that the other woman is up for it and if she's not up for it and she does make the approach to her then perhaps everything goes wrong. I don't know what advice to give her, and I don't know if I should say something to her husband or not. Any advice gratefully received!

Personally i would say leave well alone unless all parties are agreeable
