You have a choice. Put an ad up specifying what you want or get chatting to people on the forum and/or chat rooms and you are bound to find someone you are comfortable with who is happy to explore your fantasy.
Either way, best thing is to take it slow and be sure about how you, he and most importantly your wife feel about this.

I think that going to a club together might be a good place to start. You can get a feel for the atmosphere. There are so many different people at a club and as long as you BOTH feel happy about taking things further, then you'll almost definately find someone to join you.
We started in the club scene and felt it was a good way to ease ourseves into swinging....we felt that if we had arranged a meet there might have been pressure to do something that we weren't comfortable with ( and plus some people don't want to be a "swinging guinea pig").
Whatever you do, discuss your boundaries together beforehand, your do's and dont's.
