There's nowt wrong with over 50s in general. I didn't vote as I have little preference about age - I find lots of under 25s attractive, but I also find lots of older people attractive too - it's all about the person not their age :twisted: .

Don't get upset rhodescouple. I didn't vote in the survey because my view had already been expressed. For a start, most people here are not too bothered about age but about personality. Secondly, if age matters at all, I think you will find that most of the regulars in here are over 30 (and probably over 40) and would rather correspond and meet with people their own age or older.
I am 38 and would rather meet people who are nearly my own age (say, within 5 years) or older - and 50s is certainly NOT too old.
I am not sure that many younger couples would have the same level of stability and confidence that I am looking for. Couples in their 40s and 50s do. You are not in my part of the world or I would suggest we meet for a drink and a chat, but perhaps I'll send you a PM.
So, relax chat to the folks here and see how things go. Besides it will stop Jags giving herself brain damage (

There is an age problem down here in Essex/southeast. Nearly every one who we reply to want to know your age, the return replies instantly end as soon as they realise your not under 30, because to them any one over 30 don’t rate as one of the beautiful people.
I note that the majority of replies to this topic come from the north, with the exception of sandi in the southeast. I think that says a lot in percentage terms.

Just adding to this thread , Dirty cpl your right people 'down south ' are more interested in age which is why I travel ' up north ' to meet genuine folk who are more into the social side of it rather than the sex !! It seems us from down south who are over 30 have to look else where and thank god its not so age related up north !!

Didn't this whole thing start from young members asking why older members were reluctant to have sex with young members??Seems to me that the poll has established the inalienable truth that across all age ranges there is a complete spectrum of preferences, including no preference at all, there is no oldie conspiracy against young uns, or young uns conspiracy against oldies. Just lots of different people in lots of different places doing lots of different things in lots of different ways.
