I've pondered on this one for years
Spiders (not that I like talking about them or even thinking about them!) - How do they get from one place to another with their webs?
I mean: I've seen loads of spider threads/webs horizontal (for instance, across a pathway....you get a face full of web)....how do they do it?
Do they leap from one bit to another, trailing their horrible webby stuff?
I know they can get to other places once that first "bit" is spun. I know they can kinda jump downwards and then travel upwards via the web but it's the horizontal thing that gets me.

They fly.
No honest, they do.
They squirt out a single strand of a thread until it becomes big enough to act as a wing and then they fly.
Spiders are very small amd light so it doesn't take much.



I know I have seen spiderman.
