Your name is "Jizzmaster" which... dunno, seems really seedy! Doesn't inspire trust and probably misrepresents your personality.

well obviously it wasn't a serious post and wasn't treated as such. But there was a bit of a serious point to it in how honest do you go with the adverts? But everyone ignored that which is more then ok with me. In fact I'm not exactly averse to making fatuous comments so I think I might fit in.

Hardly fatuous comment, you asked why you were having no luck and one of the things I commented on was that your user name was crap, you've since agreed ...anyways as to your other point Tra-n-lee kinda hit upon it when they turned your words into estate agent speak. Your in the ads section, your selling/promoting something, no different to compiling a C.V. or selling your motor through the local paper, you gild it as much as you can. I wouldn't advocate lying, the tongue is easier to trip over than a cobbled street, but there's nothing wrong with emphasising whats good about you. If you look at any kind of advertising it generally sings the praises of the product, telling us its benefits, I can only think of one at the moment that does no more than tell us it 'does what it says on the tin' and they wouldn't have pissed money up the wall with that approach if their product and brand wasn't already a well known name cos it wouldn't have worked. In short if your not established then you've got to stand out in some way and focusing on and emphasising the better bits (gilding the lily) seems sensible...doesn't it?
Can I just say I wasn't accusing any one of being fatuous (except myself) nor was I saying poor little me as I can recognise that there are probably 100 women to every man here and the chances of meeting someone are pretty slim (especially someone who wants to call themselves jizzmaster)
