sounds as if its a scam to get your money Kaz and I doubt as to whether any software has been really downloaded. If your own virus checker says its ok, then I think it should be ok. Not sure how to get rid of the pop up though.

The other way to get rid of some of these things is to do a system restore to a time before it installed. It doesn't always work, but it's worth a try in most cases. ;-)
