Well speaking as a 42 year old I have not found my age to be a problem at all,and it shouldn't need to be if you are open,honest and a nice person. biggrin

Got me wondering who is the oldest SH member now .
I'm 45 (well thats what my birth certifcate tells me) but only feel it, when I get out of bed on a work day! smile

For Seren - Kit and I are not old in the grand scheme of things, but we did not even consider swinging until about 3 years ago. It has meant that we have a lot of habitual conventions that rear their head and require a lot of deep thinking. That is as more to do with the people we are than with our age though. It really does depend on the individual, but the baggage that can come with experience can be a little tough to deal with and should not be ignored. Your age matters less that the amount of personal change it would take to swing, and how well you cope with personal change.
Age is not just a number, it is a lifetime of experiences which shape our perceptions and expectations of ourselves and others.

So I must feel about 100 at the moment, having just added another year to my life, but in the morning I'll feel 16 til I get up, then about 25 through the day until reality kicks in then I know I'm now 47.
