I'd like very much to give up the smoking, and after extensive research discovered that a great deal of the 'habitual' element of smoking, aside from the addictive nature of nicotine, is the 'ritual' that surrounds smoking.
I smoke roll-ups... so fiddle insessently with the papers, tobacco tin and the act of rolling. Im finding it difficult to loose that element right now. So have thought long and hard, realising the easiest part of the ritual to drop is the actual 'smoking' of the fag.
so:
I go through the process of rolling and 'manufacturing' the cigarette, then, with a nice cup of strong coffee (something else I appreciate with a fag) and the stir the cigarette into the coffee... two sugars, preferably two fags as well.
Its a little thick, and doesn't taste too special... but I think you'll agree... its all heading in the right direction... eh what?
