Swinging Heaven Chat Room Rules
Before you can access the chat room and associated features relating to it. You need to agree and fully understand the Legal aspects and rules relating to the use of it. You should be aware that the owners of this site hold chatroom logs for at least 90 days in case of investigating complaints or legal matters caused by the misuse of this site or its chatroom.
Account Rules:
* User name CAN NOT pertain words towards a minor eg: girl, baby, lad etc.
* No third parties are allowed to use your account.
* You must have the correct status on your account eg, fem, male, or couple
* No under 18s are permitted to join or enter the chatroom even if part of a couple
Opening rooms:
* No room names are to contain references to any activity that is illegal
* No room names are to contain references to any activity that alludes to or , if such a room is opened your account will be banned and your details may be reported to the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre.
* Opening multiple rooms at the same time is not allowed under any circumstances
* If you open a room you must warn someone before you kick them out
* If you do not want people “Directing” then open a room with “No Directing” in the title
Using or viewing webcams:
* By using a webcam you give consent for others to watch what is displayed on it
* You fully understand that other members can see what you display on it
* No one that is, or appears to be under the age of 18 can be displayed on cam
* You should only display yourself, if you have someone else on the cam they should consent to these rules, if you show someone else on cam and they have not consented to these rules your account may be deactivated.
* No illegal activities are allowed to be undertaken or displayed on cam
* No minors can be viewed on cam even if it a baby etc in the background
* Playing any type of video across your web cam is strictly prohibited
* You must not leave web cams unattended for more than 10 minutes
* Webcams facing towards TVs, Lamps, or other household objects will be considered unattended after 10 minutes.
In the rooms which state No Directing:
* Please do NOT direct members on what they are to display or do.
Chat Etiquette:
* No capitals are to be used as this is regarded as shouting and rude
* No abuse or bullying is allowed towards members, ops or admin
* No form of harassment is to take place
* Do not use their real life name when posting, keep to usernames
* No trolling: this means the posting of the same message over and over again
* No talk of munch or dogging locations
* No posting of other sites, email addresses or phone numbers
* Please do NOT whisper without asking first and getting a yeah
* Remember “NO” from a member means “NO”
Moderation:
* These chat rooms are moderated by “CHATROOM OPS” they are here to help you so please don’t feel that you can’t ask them for help.
* You can find an on duty OP by visiting the rooms called “HOME OF THE CHATROOM OPS”
* You can see who is a chatroom op as they have a GOLD STAR as an icon that appears next to their name.
* You can also ask for help or guidance by contacting a member of “ADMIN”. Admins icons appear as a smiley face in the chatroom in the forum or can be contacted under the sites help centre.
Enforcing the site rules and AUP
* Chatroom Ops and Admin can issue a warning or a ban depending on the severity of the breach of the rules.
* Normally for minor offences you will receive a friendly warning or a short ban.
* Serious or repeated offences can warrant a permanent ban from the chatroom or the site.
* Chatroom Ops decisions are to be considered as “Final”
Appeals and investigations
* Admin hold chatroom logs for at least 90 days, so if you have been banned and feel that you would like to make an appeal. Or you would like to report someone for breaking the chatroom rules then please contact us by using the help centre located on the site.
* Please be as specific as you can with member names, events, times, dates, and room names.
* In addition the Swinging Heaven Site Acceptable Use Policy applies to the chatroom, please make sure you read it before posting in the chat room.
You must agree to abide by all of these rules, you also must fully understand that we retain chatroom data for at least 90 days. By using or viewing a web cam you are either consenting to be viewed by other members or consenting to view the displayed material.
