hi all i was wonderin if anyone could give me a few tips on success with this site.
ive been on this now for about 12 months and have not had much luck with the ladies.
im always polite i dont just send winks, i have a photo on line,.
i think ive done all i can so far and not got any replies.
just wonderin wot im doin wrong.
any help anyone?

I think as a single male your in a majority group where unfortunatly it is hard for the genuine ones to get a chance with all the idiots that there seems to be, for everyone who like urself puts a good profile up (not that this makes single guys more genuine) and does all the right things there will inveriably be 200 guys who do the opposite.
Most people on here fall into the couples looking for couples category or couples looking for (the elusive) single bi fem (they do exist ) and therefore single guys are somewhat of a surplus to many peoples requirements.
The problem is that it is almost impossible to tell whether or not they are really single guys or just married guys looking to a swingers site for a bit of something extra and most couples (though not all) will not touch married guys with a 10ft electrified barge pole :shock:
We are not having a go at the "single guy" before anybody jumps to their defence, merely pointing out a view shared by many of the cpls we have chatted to.
I think the patience thing BTW is a bit of nice talk to make you feel better (sorry guys but i had to say it
), if you have been on here for a year and not had any meet ups its probably because you are not involving yourself actively enough in the site or just fall into the category of surplus to requirment. Try getting along to a social/munch or posting regularly on the forum and get urself a bit more known, some of the most prolific swordsmen on the SH single bloke list are regs on the forums and are well known. Just try and involve yourself in the scene socially a little and the rest may follow.

You're probably not doing anything wrong as such but you do need to make yourself more interesting than everyone else. The profile's good though maybe write a little more in there, the pic's nice ( :twisted: )
Something I said to someone earlier on the same subject was think of needle in a haystack but instead of you looking for the needle, you have to attract the needle to you.
