the filter needed a wash lol
i didn't even know it was there, well i knew there was a filter but i thought it was just the bit in the disc didn't see the thick spounge bit behind it, was full of dust n crap so gave it a wash, not dry yet so watch this space wink

right update
i have done everything it says on the web site washed the filter the works and its still cutting out tho i have 2 say it only did it once while hovering the room instead of its usual 2 or 3 times mad

OK Then strip the hover down pull some wires out fix it back together take it back to the shop and say i told you this was fooked and i want a new one or my money back, make sure you wear a short skirt and a low cut top, im sure it will work every time kiss

If it doesn't and only the bottom of the hoover burns then it's definately a blockage. In either case you should take it back, cos now it's definately buggered.

i'm sure if i put a short skirt on and a low cut top i'd scare the locals off lol
