Anything ever make you feel old even if your not ?

I'm 37 and Bonnie is 34 and of course theres days when we all feel knackered but generally I don't feel old and I dare say I'm not and nowhere near.
However, I was cleaning out some old stuff when I came across a vinyl single and thought to myself I haven't even got a turntable anymore. My 14 year old son looked at me and said what have you got there dad so I just held it up, his response. "Oh I know what that is" as if I didn't but awited the genius input that all 14 year olds believe they posess, "thats an old fashoined cd". I laughed of course but thought shit doesn't time fly, I remeber spinning this.

The policeman who stopped me for a vehicle check who looked like he was in the school play....uniform was also ironed like it was in the school play...

working with young mums, had a nomination today and thought, when looking at her DOB (april 1991) shes not old enough to move in bloody hell shes 18 :shock:
the on way home radio on, dj chatting to caller and they are discussing liking REALLY old music form the 80's FFS :twisted:
shit im only 39 but god i feel old now.

I'm with you on that. Our local radio station does like an old skool / schooldays section and alot of the stuff was brought out after I left admittedly that was 1988 but is that long enought to call it old !!??!!

I went to Thorpe Park a couple of months ago with my FWB. I'm 36, (first time of writing that lol

) he's knocking on 50- the average age of the people there must have been about 14. :shock:

I was out last week in a bar....was chatting to my friend as normal. This rather attractive young lady was at the bar...all of a sudden....she looked at me..and beckoned me over...I looked at my mate thinking it was him....but she pointed again at me and beckoned me over... With ego boosted I went over and said hi there....she said Dean isn't it...i tentativly said err..yes...she said..oh thought so...you know my MOM..you were at school . I walked back to my mate with a slighly dented ego and feeling somewhat older..lol

Similar story to Dean's...was in pub on a Friday evening with a couple of mates when two ladies started chatting to us, one about our age and a very much younger and very attractive one. The younger homed in on me was being very flirty, telling me it was ages since she had had a boyfriend. After a while ego kicks in and I'm starting to think I may be in here when she asks " Do you have any nice sons?" :doh:
