Does anyone know if the likes of Asda etc take action when you process sexual images (consenting adults) from your digital camera or smart card onto disc using their in store equipment. ie will thy refuse the service, ban you from using service again or just process images to disc and turn a blind eye etc.
cheers.
as long as there is nothing illigal in them i cannt see why they would refuse, but you could always try another shop, i e boots where they let u insert the memory card into the machine and u choose your own pics to print, or buy a printer and print them off at home, there are some fab photo printers on the market now
thanks, that's what i had in mind, putting card in their processing machine and just downloading every image to disc. Just was'nt sure how fussy they where about checking images. dont want to be banned from there or frog-marched out for trying to print pics of us having fun.
if you just want them on disc rather than printing them off what about buying a crad reader and if you have a cd/dvd rewriter then transfereing them yourself at home.
if there was anything illigal then you wouldnt just be banned or frogmarched you would be arrested.
being someone who works for asda they will only do pics that you can see in papers, ie boobs, sexy undie shots etc not hard sex shots however if u take your card and just print them on pics as apposed 2 discs you can do what you like as they dont see the pics the machine prints them there and then and they just get a print out of how many you have printed and charge you per pic
Now this is something I do know about for a fact!!
so long as the store ... regardless of who's store processing the images has the machine where passing public cannot see them being printed AND theres nothing Illegal contained within the images your fine.. But its strongly advised to warn the staff so that an appropriate adult not a Minor under 18 or anyone training on a school work release or the like can see them either..
If you have problems.. PM me!

You could also upload them and e-mail them to a reputable company for them to print. The one I use charges 8p per print.

I can not comment on any single company, but one processor did give the local plod a call when some pictures were processed. The man was arrested when he picked them up. Later charged under the child protection act. That is the only time that I know the police have been called to look at pictures.
or......... you could just get a good photo printer and some quality photo paper and do it yourself from the comfort of your own home!
Decent photo printers now a days are less than £100 and you can get 5"x7" photo paper the same quality as those machines in ASDA for now a lot of cash.
it would come under the law about subjecting others to porngraphic images.
all the printing machines carry a memory, it does have to be scanned through incase people were printing illegal images.
best bet is to do this thing at home. if you have a computer there are many devces that allow you to transfer your digital images to disc.
