Oh noooooo. Your avitar has made me sad. I never had a Chopper.
I had a Tomahawk which was a little mini chopper for little mini folk. But when I got older I had to have a Raleigh Shopper sad

with a stupid basket on the front) I left it unpadlocked in the bus shelter everyday for 3 years and nobody ever stole it mad

changed it now to my favourite shoe......but I can remember being as proud as punch when I got the chopper.......prior to that all my bikes were made from bits and bobs from other bikes....
I remember the shopper as well CQ.....can't blame you for trying to get it nicked......

I once left my old mountain bike unlocked outside in my garden once and it got stripped completely in one night!!!!
Funny thing is that it was a heap!!!
