Go to and download the trial version of PaintShopPro (This also includes AnimationShop). Use PaintshopPro to reduce your pics to the required size .jpg and then use AnimationShop to string the .jpg's together into an animated .gif file. It's easy honest.

i got a programme called ulead gif animator which puts pics together great fun once u figure out how to use it.
ones i did are a bit too rude for on here smile
