bagel boredom

in my local tescos just recently bagels have been on buy one get one...so i bought shed loads...however i really am now running out of filling ideas
i prefer em taken sandwich style (dont we all...!!!) as opposed to eating half with some kind of topping
please could i tapp into the usual SH resourcefulness for ideas, personal favourite so far is honey at breakfast time
just to re-emphasise i am talking fillings not actual bagel flavours (tried em all...!!)

Peanut Butter on toasted bagels for breakfast
Tuna/Mayo and Cucumber for lunch
Tomato pizza sauce and cheese on bagels for tea????

bacon and fried plaintain :huh: ( if you can get it, banana if you can't ) it really is a top mix - and doesn't need a bagel!
NB - you MUST cook the plaintain thouroughly - in it's uncooked state it is poisonous
