Flavoured condoms do the trick... ish. Ex-gf was terrified of giving a blowjob so encouraged her to practice with a flavoured condom on. She gained confidence and eventually did it without... after 6 months lol rolleyes

But you get no sensation with a condom on - a flavoured one is the same as chewing a mars bar with a mars bar flavoured wrapper on!!! lol
