Now this is a question that has been troubling me for some time. I would like to get a general consensus about what most women think about beards (I have been told more times than not that most women prefer a clean cut guy) and tattoos (my mum says tjhey are dirty, but she is very old fashioned! ) - I think I might go for one anyway.
Any advice?

lil_miz_naughty it didn't hurt when I had my tattoo done although I did pick an area which is well padded ( my arse :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: ) apparently the closer to the bone the more they hurt
As for the beard..... a weekly coating of Nair usually does the trick

lil_miz_naughty_0204, I had a tatoo done on the top of my leg/thigh and it was bloody painful! Dont know if I must have a low pain threshold but I certainly thought it was painfull!
Saying that, I also want to have another at the base of my back/top of my bottom, just need to pluck up the courage to have it done!

Completely agree with the cheap aftershave... complete turn off, and they always end up smelling like my grandad :shock:

try its a really good site and lets u look at loads for free,
u should get some good ideas off there
and as for the pain.....
well its slightly uncomfortable but u get used to it after 10mins or so
but i enjoy the pain and it can become addictive :twisted:
and actually the most painful bit is the inside of the top of your arm, aparently thats one of the most sensitve part's of your body hence why u see people with bands round the bicep not complete.

I have a tatoo of a dragon on my upper right arm...cost me the price of 20 cigs.
No wonder it looks more like puff the magic dragon than the fierce thing it was supposed to be.

Hiya, both Chris and I have tattoos and neither of us thinks it too painful. One of mine is on my lower back and I found it quite a pleasant sensation. When I told the tattooist that, he said that it was quite normal Not sure how I can put pics on here or i would post them to show you
