Well-as much as I like this site and hope it thrives etc sadly this little cyber community is helping to kill the sordid and seedy fun we know as Dogging-it appears most on here skip along with social blinkers without a care in the world..but in reality we promote 'outdoor' fun on sites like this--the news spreads and next thing we know its ever so popular and all the beauty spots around the country have queues of cars crusing after darkness--this has happened at 3 great fun sites nr thetford in norfolk which are always busy with couples/gays/tv's etc I have sat there in my car watching the constent flow of cars entering the site non stop until 5 in the morning-obviously the local authorites are aware of this new activity and are putting up barriers everywhere-directives are landing on police station desks urgeing them to patrol sites and the ones I mention above have suffered all of this plus had whole areas blocked off from the public perminantly with tons of earth dumped--concrete blocks etc sadly the days are numbered for dogging fun I fear--the next step by the police is physically stopping cars andtaking registration numbers/details etc its a shame that something which is very exciting and horny/naughty will die because of its popularity--I dont think theres an answer to save it do you? :cry:

Quite the drama queen, aren't you David4? If a particular dogging site becomes too well known to the police and/or trouble makers, the doggers just do the decent thing and go somewhere else. Dogging sites are not static, they move from place to place based mainly on hearsay. Saying that sites like this will be the end of dogging is just downright silly! Swinging has a huge social element and the dogging side of it is no exception - so don't worry, doggers will still be here for years to come. It's exactly the same as cottaging - the police crack down, cottagers go elsewhere and the police get bored. Let's face it, the local papers might get a story or two out of sites like this, but do as we do and be proud!!! 8)

Dogging surcomes to the model of 'supply and demand' as much as any other human activity including train spotting - where there's a train, not far away some bod will want to spot it. Some dogging sites may go down the swannie... but new ones will always spring up to take their place. It's a natural progression of 'market forces' - supply and demand again. Read John Maynard Keynes on the subject of supply side economics and Fordism... only substitute car for shag and you'll be 85 % accurate.
The Police and Politicians have tried and failed for years to clean the streets of prostitutes. They've failed because most often they are too busy shagging the prostitutes to actually form a coherrent strategy against them. They will also fail to stop dogging for the same reason... Dogging isn't the soul province of skint thicko oiks like me... the intelligencia and captains of world affairs do it too!

Well it is the british way to escape into humour rather then face the... of course one post suggested pm's which is a suggestion but.. trouble it it isnt so easy to visit another beauty spot if they all have barriers up at nite-some of the most popular mentioned on here I've visited recently to find them locked ie Wisley--Grafham Water-Lynford stag etc you read of Dogging everywhere now and the tabliods are bound to make this the next expose thing etc but I guess it'll all blow over eventually.... swinging clubs just arent the same as outside risky fun-which has that exciting seediness about it-although adult cinemas in London come a close second!

No matter where you go, tescos car park or woodland grove, you can't 'Dog' without other doggers. The best way to do that is by private correspondence.
If there are barriers up, no one else will have got through either...There is no point being the only Dogger in a 15 mile radius.
If you do find a good potential location, I'd suggest finding a few local dogging couples and arranging private meets. Word soon gets round by mouth and the place will take off.... until some nerd plasters it in The Times or something.

Having taken part in dogging and being dogged since I was a teenager in the middle 1960's (sorry Mark it was going strong then) It has been my experience that sooner or later, all sites come to the attention of the authorities, leading to the blocking off of access points.
Doggers simply move elsewhere for a while. As many of the dogging sites are in woodlands, country parks etc, there is usually a clamour after a while from local residents to have these barriers removed. Once that happens we doggers are back again. 
We are a persistant lot. You may loose your favourite site for a while, but sooner or later it will be open again. In most counties there are numerous sites and you may have to drive a little further on occasion, but a change is as good as a rest. isn't it? I realise that publicity attracts 'non dogging types' who simply turn up to see what's going on and that spoils most of the fun, but if the genuine doggers change location, they soon get fed up and the tourists/sightseers disappear.
Dont give up, change location and try again. 8)

Thank you MARK for the interesting BBC report--its another case in point regarding the wide spread unwanted publicity of outdoor fun-its suddenly got media attention and that will cause puritons to crawl out the political woodwork using it to further their stance in the community-not to mention local bobbies-parish councillers etc its a soft target with wide spread support--in the past it was the likes of boy racers-drugs-gays cruising in public loo's -now outdoor orgies threatening our peaceful communities-its a populist cause to be seen to act against such things-I mean ask any church going village/town dweller to discribe picnis sites and they'll conjure up visions of summer days-families enjoying a picnic with rover the family dog running around with the children-bird watchs enjoying their hobby-teachers taking children on a nature trail etc mention women leaning out of cars legs spread and knickers around their ankles and half dozen strange men groping her with erect cocks sticking out their pants and you can imagine the shock/horror value of such a story sadly I think things are going to get rocky over the coming 12 months

I was in my fave car park after my club visit on Tuesday night. It is at the entrance of a well used country park and yet it is dead at night and perfect for a late night open air or car shag, yet it is never used for dogging and to my knowledge, not visited by the police - and no, I'm telling no-one where it is cos I like it to myself as I take piccies there!!!! But the point is, there are loads of places that COULD be dogging sites, and maybe this place will be in time, who knows. 8) 8)
