This actually does my head in, so permit a small rant...

Does anyone else get rather annoyed that if they answer a question honestly they suddenly get a load of mails in their inbox offering what you have said that you like, even though you stated in your post that you already get it from your partner/elsewhere?!?
I made a comment about male masturbation and all of a sudden there are loads of men saying they can come and wank for me.. and I was answering a question!! I made it explicit that I was talking about what I liked Mr Snesh doing too - it wasn't an open invitation!!
I appreciate that these forums are a great place to meet people and get to know others before you meet, but I don't want to be 'punished' for my honesty nor have to start editting what I reply just incase someone can't (a) read what I say properly (b) look at my profile and see what we/I are looking for?!?
Am I being harsh? Opinions please! smile

I think the answer to a lot of chatroom / forums / messenger annoyances is Tolerance.
How many times have we all answered a thread etc with a witty response that has died on its feet and upset someone? You can't use body language and tone of voice and every reader can interpet the text their own way.
Even if you post a serious thread or make a totally innocent remark there will be someone who sees it as a "look at me" post.
Yes, people don't read ads properly.
Yes, people "blanket bomb" in the hope of a lucky strike.
Yes, people seem to deliberately antagonize other posters.
Yes, my favourite, people can't write, spell, or punctuate properly.
Like Steph says, the delete key is your friend.
Assume everyone has good intentions and move on. Don't enter into protracted debates 'cos they always go off on a tangent and end up locked.
This is of course only our opinion..!!

I think that everyone on here has their own hard times, I wasn't saying 'oh my God, my life is just *so* difficult', I was just asking for advice with regards on how to deal with the situation I found myself in..(you see, I wasn't aware, as one friendly poster pointed out, that I could edit what ends up in my inbox, so am going to do what they suggested)
I understand your frustration as a single male, but we are all searching for an elusive something, and with that comes its own frustrations and problems. You may not get much luck as single bloke, but as a couple we've had a hell of a lot of timewasters and fakes which is just as annoying (and yes, I can state that fact as Tyler - the male part of this couple - has been a single male in this kind of environment, so he knows both sides)
I certainly wouldn't think to post on a thread that was talking about how hard it is to be a bi single male/all male couple/couple looking for different things to what we are looking for lamenting my own hard times on here....
Thanks to all others that have replied though - there are some options that I wasn't aware of that I will be making use of :-)

Totally understand, just didn't know how to deal with all the 'youre a little filthy bitch, fancy meeting up without your bloke so I can spunk over your face' esque responses to what I had written. When it is explicit that I am in a couple and not after a man that can get a little annoying - it's not like I can misread the intention in those kind of messages, lol! But at least now I know how to avoid the incessant PMers

yes we know what you mean ,as we are a lot of in the dogging ,people see our post and we get a few peeps ask for info ,but all we know is the sites we dont know everything about dogging but when some one emails us with cockshot attached to there questions we dont even reply now,the other day we got one in asking for phone sex with a number,so emailed back saying not in to that,he mailed back saying with a dogging add we were asking for a reply like that,we find that is so sad and a desperate person to think for 1 minute cause he sends a pic we will be interested ,and they are the ones who give gen single males a bad name.

its a common complaint, but why not treat them in just the same way as you do with crap that comes through your real life letter box, dunno

most of us recognise junk mail and bin it without even bothering to open the envelope, surely this is just as easy to do, you'll not stop it cos there's that many thumpnuts about.

And thanks to all of you who did that - fab advice!
And easy easy, getting offers is all well and good, but they are offers from people we are not interested in, nor from people in the 'categories' (lol) that we are looking for.
IF WE WERE LOOKING FOR SINGLE MEN WE WOULD SAY!!
Do people not appreciate that? How would straight men looking for women like it if bi and gay men mailled them incessantly saying that they could 'change their minds' or if gay men were mailled by straight women doing them same?!
If I were looking to cheat on/swing without Mr Snesh I would certainly do it away from here, or I would set up my own account. People are asssuming that because I am a bi woman who swings I'll be up for f*cking anything is a little insulting at the best of times.
And I apologise to those who seem to think that this thread is me complaining or being cruel or rubbing my 'popularity' in the single mens faces... as a relative newbie I was looking (as I have stated over and over again) to see what others did

We all get crap in the PM box and in reply to our ads if we have one. Some are quite nasty and some of the PMs and replies I get would put you off your tea and they do sometimes quite upset me. You would not believe some of the strange requests I get, it never ceases to amaze me what some people want, and they say I'm odd rolleyes

Thankfully most times that this happens I am strong enough to let the filth and obscene PMs and ad replies just wash over me but on days when things have gone a bit pear shaped and in my low moments it can get me down for a while. I normally just log off and do something else for an hour or two. I don't reply to them and if they have upset me to the point of moist eyes (Trannys cry far to easily) then I do sometimes send them to admin and the mods have a BBQ with them. Most of the mods will not tolerate any form of abuse whatsoever either in PM or ad replies. Replying to them directly just provokes the reaction they are looking for and they know then that they have upset you, so they are better either ignored or if abusive enough reported. They seem to come in spurts (men are like that) and the content itself often portrays just how sad the poor sod really is. It all comes with the territory I think.
