best cure for a sore throat??? any ideas?

Tell you what, vix is a cure all... even cured my impotence, hehe :-D
Mind you... it did require the applicator... its about 9" and can reach down the throat to apply Vix properly.... still got to see the self aplication though :shock:

Glad to see we are not they only ones suffering for weeks,
The sex side of it has suffered, but we tried that last night as a cure, does sweet FA for your throat, but does wonders for your brain and state of mind. sooooooooo go and find someone else with it, and make sweet music
honey, lemon juice mixed with hot water and two paras (the tablets not the boys in camaflarge?) better than most you can buy over the counter.

A throat specialist told me to take asparin.
It reduces the swelling and relieves the pain. :upset:
Then keep your throat wet and hot. (I know what you're all thinking....naughty naughty readers) smackbottom

and try not to speak.
Then go to bed.

vicks (i think) used to do a throat spray, had a local anaesthetic that pretty much relieved any sore throat - but if you over did it you could end up swallowing your tongue smile
