DITTO to that one!!!
Ummmm - any of the Southern Africans on here ( I know there are a few of you!) remember a film called "e- Lollipop" ?
That made me cry heaps when I was a kid.
Still cry when i watch "Out of Africa".
I can cry at almost anything it's even got to the point that easy will say your not watching that you'll get too upset..............which is true if a film has certain things in it like animals, children I wil probably cry somewhere in in the mist almost died watching that got so upset that I couldn't breath.
Three films I'll never watch because I know what will happen to me are...
Tarka the otter
Ring of bright water
Water ship down.....

I find that not so fictional films make me cry, but it seems to be different when I know that the film is based closely on real events:
Two examples that get me every time: "Boys don't Cry" (irony there!), and "Hillsborough" (TV film) - both dealing with desperately sad cases of prejudice and injustice. Can't think of any others right now.

Thats such a good idea, I can just imagine it; cuddled up, lights down low, emotions running high and the firelight flickering. And outside hearing the snow and wind howling, but it can't get in to spoil the cosy reverie. biggrin
