I once met a lovely mixed race cpl (he was black, still is funnily enough

He was longer, but width wise was average.
BUT saying that, i didnt go looking for him, he just happened to be black. I never set goals for the type of guy i want to meet, ie, beard/no beard, certain height, piercings etc.
If they are short, balding, but have the most charismatic sense of humour and loves life, then thats fine by me. I would just like to say THIS IS NOT A RACIST COMMENT. but, to be honest, Daz and I only like to swing with white couples. This is not because of any other reason than the fact that it's what we prefer. we both have friends of different races, colurs and creeds, and we are in NO way racist or predjudiced. However, when it comes to swinging, we just prefer white. Sorry if this upsets anyone, but i'm not 100% convinced that this thread will go down well anyway.

but after seeing what was written just above me i do have a question or two i'd like to ask daz and lou... :

i know colour is a very emotive subject....... have you both been with anyone else of any other colour, because i thought that was only skin deep.... we all have the same blood and personality means way more to me than looks do anyway....
if it is just your preference then fine, but if you are dismissing people soley of colour then you are missing out on so many good people and good experiences...
i am a strong advocater of free speach.. and i admire what you said, just doesn't mean i have to agree with it....

Oh, i knew i souldnt have said anything!!!
To be honest, no, neither of us have ever been with anyone of another colour, purely because the thought just doesnt appeal. Yes, its hypocritical because we said "looks dont bother us". but i'm prepared to admit that i'm a hypocrite. As for dismissing people because of colur, my mum says i'm always cutting off my nose to spite my face.
Seriously though, yes we might be missing out, and yes, it does seem prejucdiced, but i also have a thing about men with beards and mustaches - i cant stand them, and never will be able to - my dad has one and it freaks me out every time i kiss him goodbye on the cheek!!!Sorry if this upsets anyone - i'm a believer in free speech too - everyone is entitled to their own opinion (god knows i have enough) and i dont expect everyone to agree with me - what would be the point of free speech then!!!!!

I have had relationships with lady's of other race's and have to say they are no diffrent.

Everyone has their own taste in terms of aesthetics. If someone doesn't find black/white/indian people attractive, there's not a lot you can do. There's no need to be politically correct, because attractiveness is not something you can fake - either the you find someone attractive or your don't.
Having said that, I do find it a bit strange, simply because there are so many different ways for someone to be attractive... people can have attractive bodies, sexy faces or erotic personalities - I can't imagine I'd ever want to rule out a whole section of people before I'd even met them. I once dated a girl of Ghanian origin, although she herself was more British than me... and the one thing we found as a mixed race couple was that other Black people would give us dirty looks if we held hands or showed affection in public, on a couple of occasions we even had verbal abuse. White people never so much as gave us a second look.
It was the first and only time that I as a white man have ever encountered any form of prejudice or racial intollerance that was actually directed specificaly AT me.... It was an eye opening experience, and whilst I wouldn't wish it on anyone, I think many intollerant people would benifit from the experience.

On a completely separate note... she had absolutely amazing skin, totaly flawless and it used to be all sorts of different shades in different places (usualy depending on how hard you squeezed).... White people are sooo borring, the only colour we go is red...!... I was brought up during the aparheid years in South Africa. My mother was so racist I wasn't even allowed to date guys with brown eyes! So I've only ever been with blue/green-eyed white blokes. The adults of my formative years indoctranated me into this mind-set. It is not how I choose to raise my kids. The only black man I've ever found myself attracted to is Ian Wright. This does not mean that I've shut myself off to a large portion of the population. It just means it would help if you looked like Ian Wright
