bleeding annoying

I was sitting yesterday watching tv when suddenly My nose began to bleed heavily ..It's something I have never experienced since I was a child .. long time ago eh!! lol

but on a serious note I had had a headache all day and wondered if that had been anything to do with the bleed or maybe coincidence? Probably nothing too worry about rolleyes

although it has now made me wonder what causes nose bleeds?
and before you ask.. no I did not pick it !! :shock: :lol:

Perhaps you are like me, in that you learned something new and your brain was making room for it by pushing the old stuff out of your nose!

feeling excessively hot
stress
heavy sneezing
blood pressure
picking it too much
assuming youve not had it punched

Hi lucy,
two of my kids suffer from nose bleeds, if you are worried have your blood pressure checked like others have said.#
But if you have had a headache maybe that might have caused it. if they get viruses or colds or anything it goes to their noses. and oneof them is 18.
god the nosebleeds i have had to deal with over the yearslol
